Moveit Analyst

As a Lv1 Security Technology Analyst at Client's Security Technology Operations (STO) team, you will be involved in managing a global security toolkit, specifically focusing on Secure Managed File Transfer using Progress MOVEit. Your primary responsibilities will include handling incidents and service requests efficiently, collaborating with senior team members on various projects and initiatives. You will be expected to excel in incident and request management, contribute to achieving and sustaining SLAs and KPIs, promptly address system/application alerts, escalate critical issues to STO management when necessary, support patching, upgrades, and configuration changes, assist in handling high-priority incidents and requests related to file transfers, and ensure adherence to audit controls and evidence requirements. To succeed in this role, you should possess a basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols (such as TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, and SMB), be familiar with reporting tools like PowerBi, PowerPoint, and Excel, have 1-3 years of experience in a security operations role, demonstrate confidence in troubleshooting, and exhibit strong communication skills.,
