Job Title: Senior Mold/Die Design Engineer

Location: Umargaon, Gujarat

Experience: 3–8 Years of experience in the Mold/Die Designing in the rubber industry.

Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Tool & Die Engineering

Compensation: As per market standard

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Molds, dies, and tooling for rubber and engineering components.
• Create precise 2D drawings and 3D models using SolidWorks.
• Prepare manufacturing drawings as per standards and ensure design accuracy.
• Optimize designs for manufacturability, production efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
• Coordinate with production and tool room teams for design validation and improvements.
• Update and modify existing die designs based on feedback and production needs.
• Troubleshoot die-related issues during manufacturing and support root-cause analysis.
• Maintain organized design records, revisions, BOMs, and documentation.

Skills Required:

• Strong proficiency in SolidWorks (mandatory).
• Good understanding of Die/Mold manufacturing processes, materials, and tool design principles.
• Knowledge of GD&T and engineering drawing standards.
• Ability to work closely with tool room and production teams.
• Strong problem-solving and practical implementation skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in rubber or polymer die design.
• Basic understanding of CNC machining and CAM programming.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
