Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Motor Grader Operator located in Godda. The selected candidate will be responsible for operating motor grader machinery to perform tasks such as leveling and preparing construction or mining surfaces. Additional responsibilities include routine equipment checks, maintenance, and ensuring safety regulations are followed at all times. The operator will be tasked with collaborating with the team to meet project deadlines efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in operating motor grader machinery and performing surface leveling tasks
• Strong understanding of equipment maintenance and ability to conduct routine inspections
• Knowledge of safety protocols and compliance with workplace safety standards
• Capability to read and interpret maps, blueprints, and technical documents relevant to grading operations
• Good communication skills and teamwork ability
• Prior experience in mining or construction projects is an advantage
• Physical fitness and endurance for extended periods of equipment operation
• High school diploma or equivalent, along with a valid motor grader operator certification/license
