Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer – Job Description (Overall Summary)
Responsible for editing high-quality video content across social, digital, and marketing platforms. Works end-to-end on post-production including video editing, motion graphics, color grading, storytelling, VFX, sound design, transitions, and multi-camera edits. Uses industry-standard tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, Avid Media Composer, and lightweight editors like CapCut/VN for fast social cuts.
Creates platform-optimized content including Reels/TikTok, YouTube videos, vertical videos, short-form edits, thumbnails, influencer content, and brand marketing assets.
Supports production requirements through videography, cinematography, camera operation (Sony/Canon/BMPCC), lighting setup, B-roll capture, on-set coordination, scriptwriting, and creative direction when needed.
Delivers polished outputs with strong sound mixing, voiceover editing, subtitles/captions, 2D/3D animation, motion design, brand graphics, and lower thirds, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and content strategy.
