Motion Graphics Designer

About the Role:

We are looking for a talented Motion Graphics Designer with 2–5 years of professional experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have strong visual storytelling skills and the ability to create engaging motion graphics, animations, and video content for digital platforms, marketing campaigns, and product presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video content for digital and social media platforms.
• Develop animated assets, explainer videos, product demos, and promotional content.
• Work closely with the design, marketing, and product teams to understand requirements and deliver visually compelling output.
• Edit and enhance video content using Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and related tools.
• Design 2D/3D animation elements, transitions, and visual effects.
• Adapt static creatives or illustrations into motion for enhanced engagement.
• Stay updated with the latest motion trends, animation techniques, and design standards.
• Ensure timely delivery of all motion projects while maintaining high quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience as a Motion Graphics Designer or Animator.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop (Cinema 4D/Blender is a plus).
• Ability to create smooth animations, transitions, and high-quality motion visuals.
• Strong sense of timing, rhythm, visual composition, and storytelling.
• Experience in video editing and basic sound design.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and understanding of brand aesthetics.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with 3D animation tools (Cinema 4D, Blender).
• Knowledge of VFX, compositing, and motion tracking.
• Ability to collaborate with designers, marketers, and content teams.
