As a Motion Graphic Designer at our dynamic and innovative company based in Kochi, Kerala, you will be part of a creative team working on diverse and exciting projects that push the boundaries of design and animation. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conceptualization & Design: Develop creative concepts and execute high-quality motion graphics for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and advertisements. - Collaboration: Work closely with the creative director, marketing team, and other designers to align designs with project objectives and brand guidelines. - Animation & Editing: Produce engaging animations and edit video content to enhance storytelling and visual appeal. - Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality. - Client Interaction: Participate in client meetings to understand project requirements and present design concepts. **Desired Skills & Qualifications:** - Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience as a Motion Graphic Designer, preferably in agency settings. - Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Knowledge of Cinema 4D is a plus. - Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of motion graphics, animations, and video editing projects. - Creativity: Ability to think creatively and outside the box, bringing fresh ideas to each project. - Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients. - Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
