About the Role

hands-on Video Creator + Editor

ideate, produce, and edit videos across formats

If you're someone who loves crafting narratives, experimenting with AI tools, and can turn loose ideas into visually engaging videos you'll fit right in.

What You'll Do

• Ideate, script, shoot (or source), and edit

  videos of all types

  Reels, YouTube videos, ads, product demos, explainers, and interviews.
• Use

  AI tools

  like ChatGPT, Runway, Pika, Midjourney, OpusClip, and Synthesia for idea generation, scripting, and enhancing visuals.
• Edit using

  Premiere Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve

  adding strong pacing, color grading, sound design, and captions.
• Collaborate with strategy, design, and marketing teams to maintain consistent tone and storytelling.
• Research trending styles, formats, and effects to keep content fresh and relevant.
• Analyze performance metrics (watch time, retention, saves) and use insights to improve future videos.

What We're Looking For

• Strong sense of

  visual storytelling, pacing, and emotional rhythm.

• Comfortable working across

  multiple formats

  short, long, vertical, horizontal.
• Skilled in editing tools like

  Premiere Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve.

• Comfortable using

  AI tools for scripting, ideation, and video enhancement.

• Self-starter who can take an idea from concept to final cut.
• Thrives in a

  fast-paced, experimental environment

  and takes feedback positively.

Bonus Skills

• Motion graphics, text animation, or visual effects experience.
• Camera handling and basic lighting knowledge (if self-shooting).
• Familiarity with AI tools like

  Runway, Midjourney, OpusClip, Pika, or Synthesia.

• Understanding of storytelling frameworks and viral editing logic.
• Prior experience with content in

  education, wellness, or productivity
