If you're the kind of person who spots trends early, loves experimenting with new tools, and can turn raw ideas into viral-ready content you'll fit right in.

What You'll Do:

• Create daily short-form content (Reels, YouTube Shorts, carousels, etc.) for multiple brands or internal projects.
• Use

  AI tools

  (ChatGPT, OpusClip, Pika, Midjourney, Runway, etc.) for idea generation, scripting, visuals, and repurposing.
• Edit videos and graphics using

  CapCut, Canva, or similar

  tools.
• Research trends, hooks, and formats that drive engagement.
• Analyze what performs well and continuously refine future content.
• Collaborate with marketing and strategy teams to maintain consistent tone and storytelling.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong sense of visual storytelling and social media timing.
• Comfortable using AI for creative and production tasks.
• Knows how to adapt trends to a brand's unique voice.
• Able to work quickly, iterate often, and take feedback well.
• Basic understanding of metrics like reach, retention, saves, and shares.
• A get-things-done mindset startup pace, no ego.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with AI-based video or image tools (Runway, Midjourney, OpusClip, Synthesia, etc.)
• Understanding of content systems how to turn one video idea into multiple micro-assets.
• Previous work in education, productivity, or wellness content niches.
