Motion Graphics Designer

Key Responsibilities: - Create Multimedia Magic: Design high-quality explainer videos, animated tutorials, product walkthroughs, and motion elements to simplify Kore.ai's AI workflows and use cases. - Visual Storytelling: Animate data flows, chatbot logic, and AI concepts using motion, icons, and infographics to make abstract ideas tangible. - Collaborate for Learning Impact: Work with instructional designers and trainers to storyboard visuals aligned with learning goals and integrate graphics into e-learning modules. - Maintain Brand Consistency: Apply Kore.ai's brand language across all content to ensure a unified, professional visual identity. - Organize Assets: Manage a design library for reuse, optimize media for LMS delivery, and ensure accessibility and performance. Qualification & Skills: - Bachelors in Design, Animation, or Multimedia; with 3+ years of experience in motion graphics/animation and a strong design portfolio or demo reel. - Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop (2D required; 3D a plus). Familiarity with Blender is an added advantage. Strong eye for composition, color, and typography. - Skilled at turning abstract tech ideas into compelling visuals; prior experience creating explainer or educational videos is preferred. - Comfortable with understanding AI and software concepts, and skilled at visually representing data, user journeys, and workflows. - Excellent collaboration and time management skills; adaptable to feedback, tight deadlines, and evolving product content.,
