Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphic Designer with proven expertise in creating high-quality reels, user-generated content (UGC), and engaging video edits. The ideal candidate should be skilled in crafting quick-turnaround, attention-grabbing social media videos and animated content that aligns with brand guidelines and engages audiences effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, design, and produce short-form videos, reels, and animated content for social media platforms.
• Edit and enhance raw video footage into polished, professional content.
• Develop eye-catching motion graphics, typography, and transitions to elevate video quality.
• Create high-engagement UGC-style videos that feel authentic and relatable.
• Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and deliver content accordingly.
• Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines without compromising quality.
• Stay updated with trends in video editing, animation, and social media content.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Animation, Media, or related field.
• 2–3 years of proven experience in motion graphics, reels creation, and video editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of social media content formats and current trends.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with quick turnarounds.
• Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail and storytelling skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with 2D/3D animation.
• Knowledge of sound design and basic color grading.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing or UGC content production.
