Key Responsibilities: Conceptualize, design, and produce short-form videos, reels, and animated content for social media platforms. Edit and enhance raw video footage into polished, professional content. Develop eye-catching motion graphics, typography, and transitions to elevate video quality. Create high-engagement UGC-style videos that feel authentic and relatable. Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and deliver content accordingly. Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines without compromising quality. Stay updated with trends in video editing, animation, and social media content. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Animation, Media, or related field. 2–3 years of proven experience in motion graphics, reels creation, and video editing. Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools. Strong understanding of social media content formats and current trends. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with quick turnarounds. Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail and storytelling skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with 2D/3D animation.
