Motion Graphic Specialist

You will be responsible for designing and creating industry-leading motion graphics for video deliverables. Your role will involve assisting in selecting audio, video, colors, animation, etc. for graphic design. You are expected to work closely with the creative director, design team, and writers to create compelling and engaging videos and motion graphics that reflect a brand-centric approach. Your ability to think of design concepts by looking at the content, come up with ideas, and illustrations from the target audience's perspective will be crucial. Furthermore, you should possess the creativity to think outside the box and create design solutions that effectively communicate the message. Key Responsibilities: - Design and create industry-leading motion graphics for video deliverables. - Assist in selecting audio, video, colors, animation, etc. for graphic design. - Work closely with the creative director, design team, and writers to create compelling and engaging videos and motion graphics. - Think of design concepts from the content and target audience's perspective. - Generate concepts, ideas, and illustrations that resonate with the audience. - Utilize creative thinking to develop design solutions that are innovative and effective. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's in Design or B.Tech./ BE with a certification in design. - 2+ years of experience in motion graphics. - Superb knowledge of Adobe Suite and common motion graphics design software. - Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics work. - Desire to continuously learn new techniques and technologies to enhance your skills. - Excellent visual and conceptual skills to solve problems and create unique solutions.,
