As a Video Production Specialist at The Hustler Collective, you will be responsible for leading the video production process from concept to final delivery with precision and creativity. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading the video production process from concept to final delivery with precision and creativity. - Editing and producing high-quality videos for digital campaigns, social media, websites, and ads. - Creating engaging motion graphics, transitions, and visual effects to elevate storytelling. - Ensuring visual consistency, color accuracy, and alignment with brand tone and campaign goals. - Managing multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality. - Collaborating with creative and strategy teams to deliver impactful visual content. - Staying updated with industry trends, editing techniques, and evolving digital formats. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - 4-6 years of professional experience in advanced video editing and post-production. - Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and Audition. - Strong grasp of motion graphics, color grading, sound design, and VFX. - Excellent sense of storytelling, pacing, and composition. - Ability to adapt video styles to different platforms and audiences. - Strong portfolio/showreel showcasing diverse, high-quality work. - Bachelors degree in Film Production, Media Arts, Visual Communication, or related field (preferred).
