Motion Graphic Designer (Narrative-led)

What you’ll do

• Turn research-heavy or data-driven content into

  engaging narrative-led videos

• Create

  Vox-style edits

  with tight pacing, captions, and sharp transitions

• Collaborate with content strategists, researchers, and copywriters to

  simplify complex ideas

  into easy-to-watch stories

• Own projects end-to-end: storyboarding, animation, sound syncing, and final cut

• Stay on top of emerging visual styles, motion trends, and editing techniques

What we’re looking for

• Strong grip on

  Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro (or equivalent)

• Great prompting skills with Veo 3, Midjourney, Sora, RunwayML, etc

• A knack for

  storytelling through visuals, not just design chops

• Prior experience with

  explainer videos, news-style edits, or brand narratives

• Ability to work with

  tight turnarounds

  while keeping quality high

• A portfolio that shows you can

  make complex topics watchable and bingeable

Nice to have

• Experience with BFSI / fintech / data-heavy sectors (a plus, not a must)

• Comfort with sound design and motion typography
