Job Title: Mother Teacher (Nursery to Grade 2) Salary: 15,000 to 18,000 ( As Per Interview) Location: [Sirsa , Kasna (Greater noida] Department: Pre-Primary / PrimaryReports To: Headmistress / Academic Coordinator / Principal Job Summary We are looking for a compassionate, patient, and creative Mother Teacher for classes Nursery to 2nd Grade who can nurture young minds, foster emotional well-being, and lay strong academic and moral foundations. The Mother Teacher system ensures that one teacher handles most or all academic subjects for a particular class, creating a safe, consistent, and trusting learning environment. Key Responsibilities: Classroom Teaching: Teach core subjects (English, Math, EVS, etc.) through interactive and engaging methods. Develop age-appropriate lesson plans and activities. Use storytelling, songs, play-based learning, and hands-on activities to deliver concepts. Student Development: Foster social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development. Identify learning needs and adapt teaching strategies accordingly. Provide individual attention and support to each student. Classroom Management: Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment. Maintain discipline through positive reinforcement. Develop and implement classroom routines and behavior management strategies. Parent Communication: Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress, behavior, and development. Conduct parent-teacher meetings and share feedback constructively. Assessments & Reporting: Conduct informal and formal assessments to evaluate student learning. Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance. School Activities: Participate in school events, assemblies, celebrations, and field trips. Collaborate with colleagues for cross-functional teaching and school functions. Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Education or Early Childhood Education). D.El.Ed / B.Ed (preferred). At least 1–3 years of teaching experience in early primary classes. Good command over English (spoken and written). Knowledge of child psychology and classroom management techniques. Familiarity with play-way and activity-based teaching methodologies. Skills:Empathy, patience, and strong interpersonal skills. Creative and innovative teaching approach. Good communication and organizational skills. Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, digital teaching tools).
