Mother Teacher

Position Title : Mother Teacher

Grade level : Nursery to Class 2

Location : Mahabhubabad, Telangana (45km from khammam)

Reporting to : Academic Coordinator/ Principal

Role Summary:

The Mother Teacher will be responsible for teaching multiple subjects to a single class, creating a nurturing and emotionally, and physically- ensuring that each child receives personal attention and support during their foundational years.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree (Preferably in Education of Child Psychology)

* B.Ed /NNT/ECCE or equivalent early childhood teaching certificate.

* 1 -3 years of exp3rience in a similar teaching role preferred.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Warm a, Ppatient and compassionate personality

* Fluent in English , Hindi and Telugu.

* Freshers are also welcome.

Preferred Skills

* Ability to engage young learners through storytelling, songs and activities.

* Strong classroom management and child observation skills.

*Creativity in preparing teaching materials and classroom decoration.
