Job Overview:

We are seeking a passionate, patient, and creative Preschool Teacher to join our Maple Bear family. The ideal candidate will foster a love for learning in our young learners through play-based activities, engaging lesson plans, and nurturing care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and implement age-appropriate, play-based lesson plans aligned with Maple Bear’s curriculum

• Foster a warm, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment

• Observe, assess, and document each child’s development and progress

• Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child’s milestones and well-being

• Encourage creativity, exploration, and independence in daily activities

• Collaborate with fellow educators and staff to ensure a consistent learning environment

• Ensure safety and hygiene standards are maintained at all times

• Participate in training and professional development sessions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education / Montessori / NTT or equivalent

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience working with preschool-aged children

• Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate practices

• Excellent communication and classroom management skills

• Energetic, patient, and compassionate personality

• Fluency in English; knowledge of a second language is a plus
