• Nurturing Environment:Create a safe, loving, and supportive classroom that fosters a sense of belonging and emotional security for young learners.
• Holistic Development:Support the academic, social, and emotional development of each child, recognizing their individual needs and providing tailored guidance.
• Curriculum Delivery:Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons that align with the school's curriculum, often focusing on foundational subjects like literacy and numeracy.
• Parental Communication:Maintain regular communication with parents, keeping them informed about their child's progress and collaborating on strategies for student development.
• Classroom Management:Monitor student progress, manage classroom records, encourage positive behavior, and foster creativity and curiosity.
• Community Building:Act as a mentor and a primary point of contact for students, building strong, empathetic relationships with them.
