What you will be doing:

• Set up, customize, and maintain Moodle LMS environments.
• Manage users, courses, roles, and permissions effectively.
• Install, configure, and maintain plugins and third-party integrations.
• Provide troubleshooting assistance and technical support for Moodle-related issues.
• Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance with organizational policies and standards.
• Collaborate with instructional designers, developers, and stakeholders to optimize LMS functionality.
• Monitor system performance, apply updates, and perform regular backups.

What we expect to have:

• 1+ years of hands-on experience in Moodle administration.
• Strong working knowledge of PHP, MySQL, Apache, and Linux environments.
• Experience with SCORM, xAPI, and integrating APIs with Moodle.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
