Montessori Teacher

Position: Kindergarten (Montessori Trained) Teacher

Qualification:

• Montessori Training / Diploma in Early Childhood Education / NTT (Nursery Teacher Training).
• Graduate in any discipline preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum 0–2 years of experience handling Pre-KG, Jr. KG, or Sr. KG students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Child-Centered Learning – Implement Montessori and Kindergarten methods to nurture curiosity, independence, and creativity.
• Foundational Skills – Teach basics of language (phonics, oral vocabulary), numeracy (numbers, shapes, patterns), and environmental awareness through play-based learning.
• Activities & Rhymes – Conduct daily activities like storytelling, rhymes, drawing, craft, music, and movement to develop motor and cognitive skills.
• Prepared Environment – Maintain an attractive, safe, and stimulating classroom with Montessori / KG materials.
• Assessment & Observation – Observe children daily, track developmental milestones, and prepare progress reports.
• Parent Engagement – Communicate regularly with parents to share feedback, growth areas, and suggestions for home learning.
• Holistic Development – Focus on social, emotional, physical, and language development in line with NEP 2020 – ECCE guidelines.
• School Participation – Support in events, celebrations, assemblies, and co-curricular activities.

• Creativity in designing hands-on learning experiences.
• Classroom management with warmth and care.
• Ability to integrate play, music, art, and movement in teaching.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
