Montessori Teacher

The Senior Montessori Teacher & Team Lead position at KMK Higher Secondary & Montessori School in Karaikal is a full-time role requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a Montessori environment, with team-leading experience being preferred. To be successful in this role, you should possess a Montessori Diploma/Certification (AMI/NAMC or equivalent), have a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in a Montessori setup, and demonstrate excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. Prior experience in mentoring or leading a teaching team is a plus, and a passion for child development and Montessori philosophy is essential. You should be comfortable working in a structured school system and reporting to leadership.
