Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Montessori Teacher located in Chennai. The Montessori Teacher will be responsible for day-to-day lesson planning, delivering educational content, and fostering the development of each child through student-led, self-paced learning. The teacher will also guide and support students, monitor their progress, and engage in training sessions to continually enhance teaching skills.

Qualifications

• Strong Lesson Planning and Teaching skills
• Experience in Education and Training
• Excellent Communication skills
• Knowledge of Montessori principles and methodologies
• Ability to create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment
• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field; Montessori certification is a plus
• Previous experience in a Montessori or similar educational setting is highly desirable
