Position: MongoDB DBALocation: HyderabadExperience: 10+ YearsJob Type: ContractWork Mode: HybridNotice Period: 0 to 15 DaysKey ResponsibilitiesInstall and configure MongoDB databases across environments.Monitor database performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend optimizations.Manage backup, recovery, and disaster recovery (DR) including failover, primary/secondary node recovery.Implement and maintain database security controls.Perform database/software upgrades & patching (e.g., v6 → v7 → v8).Support data migration and scaling strategies.Create and manage indexes for query optimization.Provide RCA and resolution for database incidents.Technical SkillsDeep understanding of MongoDB architecture (replica sets, sharding, aggregation framework).Strong experience in Linux system administration.Proficiency in Python/Bash scripting for automation.Experience with monitoring & alerting tools (MongoDB Atlas preferred).Knowledge of networking, storage, and AWS cloud.
