MongoDB and NoSQL database

As a Senior MongoDB / NoSQL Database Engineer at our company, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Banking client, Metrobank, by leveraging your expertise in MongoDB and NoSQL database management. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing, implementing, and managing MongoDB and NoSQL database solutions. - Optimizing database performance through indexing, query tuning, and aggregation frameworks. - Architecting and maintaining data models to ensure high availability and scalability. - Working with MongoDB Atlas and other cloud-based database solutions. - Implementing and managing performance monitoring tools and tuning methodologies. - Automating database processes using CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. - Collaborating with application developers, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration. - Documenting and enforcing database governance, standards, and best practices. Mandatory Skills: - Strong hands-on proficiency with MongoDB and NoSQL databases. - Expertise in database design, query optimization, and indexing strategies. - Solid understanding of aggregation frameworks and data modeling. Desired Skills: - Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and database automation in DevOps environments. In addition, please note that background verification will be conducted before onboarding through any Nasscom-approved agency. While certifications are not mandatory, relevant MongoDB or cloud certifications would be advantageous. There is no business travel required for this role.,
