The MongoDB / NoSQL Database Engineer position is available in Chennai, Bangalore, and Gurgaon. As a Database Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing MongoDB and other NoSQL databases to ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability. Your key responsibilities will include designing and implementing database schemas, indexing strategies, and query optimizations. You will also work extensively with aggregation frameworks and advanced data modeling techniques. In this role, you will deploy, configure, and maintain MongoDB Atlas and other cloud-based database solutions. Monitoring and fine-tuning database performance using appropriate tools will be crucial. You will also be tasked with implementing and supporting CI/CD pipelines, focusing on automating database operations within a DevOps environment. Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to ensure that the database solutions align with business requirements. The ideal candidate should have a strong proficiency in MongoDB and NoSQL database management. Hands-on experience in database design, indexing, and query optimization is mandatory. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teams are desired qualities.
