Proficiency in cytometry data analysis techniques and software, ability to process tissue and isolate cells, and hands-on experience in monoclonal antibody development methods are highly preferred. Moreover, experience in molecular biology workflows such as molecular cloning, plasmid vector construction, PCR, sequencing, and authoring standard operating procedures is desirable.
