The Molding Operator will be responsible for operating molding machines, performing quality checks, setting up and maintaining molds, and ensuring the efficient and safe operation of the molding process. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring the molding process, troubleshooting equipment issues, and adhering to safety and quality standards. Qualifications Experience with operating and maintaining molding machines Basic knowledge of troubleshooting and problem-solving mechanical issues Understanding of quality assurance and quality control procedures in the manufacturing process Commitment to following safety protocols and regulations Attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately Good communication and teamwork skills Previous experience in a similar role is preferred High school diploma or equivalent is required, technical training is a plus Show more Show less
