As a Mold Maintenance Engineer in the Tool Room located in Jalgaon, your role involves performing preventive and corrective maintenance of injection molds to ensure smooth production operations. You will be responsible for handling troubleshooting, repair, and servicing of molds, preferably Husky molds, to minimize downtime. Additionally, you will carry out mold assembly, disassembly, polishing, and component replacement as per requirement. It is crucial to maintain documentation of mold history, maintenance schedules, and breakdown analysis. Your duties will also include ensuring proper handling, cleaning, and storage of molds in the tool room. Collaborating closely with production and quality teams to resolve molding issues and improve mold performance is essential. You will be expected to implement and adhere to safety standards and 5S practices in the tool room and provide support during mold trials and new mold validation.
