Job Description

Develop and maintain server-side applications using Node.js and TypeScript. Collaborate with front-end developers, architects, and other team members to design and implement robust and efficient backend solutions. Create and optimize database schemas for both relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases. Implement RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints for seamless integration with front-end applications. Ensure the performance, security, and scalability of server-side code. Identify and address bottlenecks and performance issues in backend systems. Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring timely resolution. Stay up to date with the latest Node.js and JavaScript trends, best practices, and technologies. Write unit tests and participate in code reviews to maintain code quality. Collaborate with DevOps teams for deployment and monitoring of applications. Qualification: Proven experience as a Node.js Developer with a strong focus on server-side development. Proficiency in TypeScript for building robust and maintainable code. Experience with both relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB). Strong understanding of asynchronous programming, event-driven architecture, and the event loop in Node.js. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and GraphQL. Solid knowledge of web security best practices and data protection. Ability to optimize server-side code for performance and scalability. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Knowledge of containerization and microservices architecture is a plus.
