Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Module Lead Data Science with 57 years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning , NLP, and Generative AI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and leading advanced AI/ML solutions while mentoring a small team of data scientists and engineers. You will play a pivotal role in transforming business challenges into AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of AI/ML models and solutions tailored to complex business problems.
Own project modules end-to-endfrom problem definition, data exploration, model development, evaluation, to deployment.
Apply advanced Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques to derive insights from unstructured data.
Drive initiatives involving Generative AI and LLMs for real-time, intelligent applications.
Guide and mentor junior data scientists and collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders.
Ensure code quality, model performance, and documentation standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
Stay ahead of emerging AI/ML technologies and contribute to innovation and technical excellence within the team.

Required Skills:

Strong expertise in Python and machine learning frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch.
Solid experience in NLP (e.g., text classification, sentiment analysis, topic modeling) using tools like spaCy, Hugging Face, NLTK.
Hands-on experience with Generative AI, including LLMs, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning.
Proficient in building, training, and deploying ML models at scale.
Experience in handling structured and unstructured datasets; strong command of SQL, Pandas, and NumPy.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for scalable model development and deployment.
Excellent problem-solving skills, business acumen, and communication abilities.
