MODULAR KITCHEN SALES & SUPERVISION

Job Overview

We are looking for a confident and responsible professional who can close modular kitchen sales and manage on-site execution by coordinating with carpenters and vendors. This role requires both sales ability and operational supervision.

Key Responsibilities1️ Sales & Client Handling

• Attend walk-in and online leads
• Understand client requirements and budgets
• Explain modular kitchen designs, materials & pricing
• Close deals and achieve monthly sales targets
• Coordinate with design team for finalization

2️ Site Supervision & Execution

• Supervise carpenters and installation teams
• Ensure work quality, measurements & timelines
• Handle on-site issues and resolve them proactively
• Coordinate material delivery and installation schedules
• Ensure project completion as per company standards

3️ Coordination & Reporting

• Act as a bridge between client, design team & carpenters
• Provide regular work updates to management
• Maintain basic records of projects and closures

Required Skills & Eligibility

• Experience in modular kitchen / furniture industry preferred
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Ability to manage labor and on-site work
• Basic understanding of modular kitchen components
• Problem-solving mindset & professional conduct

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 (based on experience)
