Modular Industry workshop technician

As a highly skilled Workshop Technician at Haus of Homez, you will play a crucial role in managing the manufacturing process in our workshop. Your responsibilities will include creating cutting lists from 2D drawings, operating machinery such as panel saws, edge banding, and multi boring, and ensuring that production targets are met. Your expertise in the manufacturing process of modular kitchens, wardrobes, and furniture will be essential in maintaining the high standards of our products. Responsibilities: - Manage the manufacturing process in the workshop - Be proficient in the estimation process - Create cutting lists from 2D drawings prior to production - Ensure production targets are achieved - Maintain inventory of materials and supplies - Adhere to all safety procedures - Operate panel saws, edge banding, and multi boring machinery Requirements: - 2-3+ years of experience as a Workshop Supervisor or similar role - Experience in manufacturing modular kitchens, wardrobes, and furniture - Strong leadership and communication skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Ability to lead and motivate a team - Familiarity with the Estimation Process - Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations - Identify areas for process improvement - High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in a relevant field is a plus If you have the required experience and skills for this position, we encourage you to submit your resume for consideration.
