Key Responsibilities

• Manage and handle artists/models signed with Talent Factory.
• Coordinate and oversee schedules, meetings, castings, shoots, and other assignments for assigned artists.
• Client servicing for booked jobs, ensuring smooth end-to-end coordination between artists and clients.
• Maintain invoicing and account sheets for assigned talents.
• Network and liaise with new and existing clients for castings and bookings.
• Ensure smooth talent bookings for all models/artists under Talent Factory.
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism, communication, and follow-up in all client and talent interactions.
