Job Description

Experience: 2+ Must have hospital Experience.

✅ Supervise daily operations across all departments during assigned shift.
✅ Handle escalated customer service issues promptly and professionally.
✅ Ensure staff are following company policies, procedures, and service standards.
✅ Monitor and maintain cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards throughout the premises.
✅ Conduct shift briefings and end-of-day reports.
✅ Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts during the shift.
✅ Authorize discounts, voids, and approvals as per company policy.
✅ Ensure proper handover and communication between shifts.
✅ Act as the emergency contact during incidents (e.g., accidents, safety threats).
✅ Report maintenance or facility issues to appropriate departments

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
