About the Role: Shilpee Educational Trust is actively implementing a range of CSR-funded and government-sponsored skill development projects aimed at empowering the youth of Bihar. We are seeking dedicated and dynamic Student Mobilizers to work on the ground across different blocks and villages of Purnea. --- Key Responsibilities: Visit schools, panchayats, community centers, and local gatherings to identify and motivate eligible youth. Create awareness about various government/PSU schemes and free-of-cost skill development courses offered through the trust. Clearly explain the benefits of enrollment, such as employment opportunities, career advancement, and personal development. Organize and participate in mobilization camps, street plays, and awareness drives. Maintain daily records of outreach and submit regular reports to the program coordinator. Assist in the admission process and ensure enrolled candidates attend training regularly. Establish and maintain positive relationships with local influencers, school authorities, and community leaders. --- Eligibility Criteria: Minimum Qualification: 10+2; Preference to graduates with a background in social work, marketing, or education. Local candidates from Purnea district preferred with bike Must have good communication skills in Hindi and basic computer knowledge. Prior experience in mobilization or fieldwork is an added advantage. Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is desirable. --- What We Offer: Competitive salary and travel allowances.
