Position Description JOB Title: HR HEAD Location: Mumbai Reports to: CEO Date: 14.04.2022 Position Summary The HR Head manages the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource function and Admin in terms of administration of the human resources policies, procedures and processes. This role also responsible for joining formalities, induction, payroll, performance management and exit formalities, etc. Key Deliverables Key Accountabilities Recruitment: Implement the recruitment process to ensure that all positions are filled up promptly with the right person for the job and as per the approved Resource Plan for the year Participate in interviews and coordinate the Recruitment process. Ensure that there is an adequate database of potential recruits to minimize recruitment cycle time Implement and coordinate induction for all new joinees Performance Management : * Ensure that KRAs are set across different levels and are communicated to the employees * Implement the performance management system. Ensure that all employees are aware of the system Training & Development : * Organize the non-Program related Training Programs such as soft skills programs * Track the effectiveness of programs HR administration: * Maintain employee database, ensure all filing is done and all documentation related to personnel records are completed * Implement HR policies such as office timing, leave management, entitlements, etc and make amendments as per requirement Attendance Processing : * * * Ensure timely execution of the attendance process and submit the same to Finance Manager. MIS & Reporting : * Regular reporting as per MIS requirements on numbers joining per month, attrition data, cost per hire, etc. * Prepare initial recommendations based on analysis of numbers to ensure cost effectiveness and greater efficiency Statutory compliances : * Ensure all statutory compliances are adhered Exit Processes * Conduct exit interviews of employees leaving the organization * Conduct the final settlement procedure of exiting employees Employee Welfare : * Conduct periodic employee welfare events and programs * Be the first point of contact for employee grievances and redressal of complaints Budgets * * As agreed, and signed off by the CEO and the board Desirable Profile Qualification: MBA in Human Resources Experience: 7/8 years & more of overall experience Skills: Excellent written & verbal communication skills Excellent Analytical skill Alertness of the business environment Interpersonal Effectiveness Work under pressure, multi task and meet deadlines Use Own initiative / Self Motivator Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: total work: 4 years (Preferred)

Duties and Responsibilities Build relationships with the school teachers, Head master, training institutes trainer and student through constant interaction also assigned for planning & implementation of career cell of Masoom. Be responsible for Implementation of monthly plans for all budgeted activities. Daily supervision of training institute activities/performance by visiting institute. Documentation and reporting with the help of Monitoring & Evaluation tools of Masoom. Be the bridge between the other Program verticals and the students & other stakeholders of career cell venders for integration of career cell activities. Collaborate with other teams as and when required. Documentation of case studies, best practices for qualitative impact assessment. Responsible for management of work assigned to Volunteers of career cell supported students training. Assist Senior Management of Masoom in organizational plans as and when necessary. 10. The responsibilities include being part of the career guidance awareness session, student’s enrolment, students training follow up /monitoring and reporting of the program. Key Result Areas Ensure 100% enrolment target assigned as per annual plan .Ensure 100% students training / monitoring follow up.
