About Global Talent Track (GTT)

Global Talent Track (GTT) empowers individuals and teams through engaging, heart-centric learning programs designed by a team of experienced professionals. We focus on unlocking potential and helping organizations achieve meaningful business results.

Role Responsibilities:

Connect with colleges, schools, communities, NGOs, and other local organizations to enroll students for training programs
Optimize mobilization through online connections wherever possible
Follow up regularly with students and clients to ensure engagement
Promote awareness about the academy and identify new mobilization partners
Build and maintain strong relationships with students and stakeholders
Identify new market opportunities and sources for student mobilization
Meet monthly mobilization targets:

PWD Program:
150 students/month
EV Program:
75 students/month

Collect and maintain necessary documents and evidence as per program criteria
Ensure timely data entry and record keeping using
TJM software
Collect and record
video testimonials
from trained students
