Job Description

As a Sales Manager in our organization, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets in the assigned territory, encompassing both Urban and Rural areas. Your role will involve effectively managing various distribution channels such as Direct, Indirect, and Alternate channels to drive product-wise and town-wise growth. Additionally, you will be tasked with developing channels in new markets, ensuring the growth of device, activation, and recharge business through distributors. Your responsibilities will extend to the management of key retail outlets, including modern trade outlets, while also overseeing the implementation and compliance of policies and processes within the territory. Monitoring and providing training to the team and channel partners will be crucial aspects of your role to ensure optimal performance and adherence to organizational standards. This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 7 years of experience in field sales and 5 years in team management. The work location is in person.
