Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Roadmap:

• Own the overall

  product strategy and execution

  for our mobile application.
• Define, prioritize, and execute a

  product roadmap

  that is in direct alignment with core business goals.

• Feature Development:

• Gather and prioritize requirements

  for new features and improvements.
• Oversee the

  UI/UX design and testing

  process to ensure a world-class user experience.
• Collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders, including design, engineering, data, compliance, and medical experts, to deliver top-tier features.

• Analysis & Optimization:

• Conduct in-depth

  market research

  and analyze user feedback to identify opportunities for improvements and new features.
• Track crucial

  app performance metrics

  , analyze data, and pinpoint areas for optimization to enhance the user experience.

• Loyalty & Engagement:

• Scale a patient-focused loyalty and rewards program

  to encourage continued engagement within the app.
• Build comprehensive

• Continuously optimize reward structures and communication strategies based on

Educational Qualifications

• A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Business, or Design is highly preferred.
