Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Generative AI LLM Development:

Build and deploy RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines for enterprise use cases.
Develop agentic AI solutions using LangChain and AWS Bedrock/Foundational Models.
Fine-tune and optimize LLMs for domain-specific tasks, ensuring accuracy and performance.
Integrate vector databases (e. g. , Pinecone, FAISS) for semantic search and knowledge base management.

Model Training MLOps:

Train, evaluate, and deploy machine learning models on AWS SageMaker , including pipeline automation.
Implement MLOps best practices , including model versioning, CI/CD, monitoring, and performance tracking.
Collaborate with DevOps and Data Engineering to ensure scalable deployment and data readiness.

Integration Communication:

Work closely with product and backend teams to integrate AI features into core applications.
Communicate model decisions, limitations, and performance to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Stay current with LLM advancements, foundation models, and emerging frameworks.
Mentorship Strategic Advisory: Mentor junior AI/ML resources and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI solutions with business goals. Communicate AI/ML strategies and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
