Assist in researching, prototyping, and experimenting with AI/ML models to enhance AgentAnalytics.AI's core products.
Work with the product and engineering teams to integrate AI features into real-world use cases.
Perform data collection, cleaning, and preprocessing to support model training and evaluation.
Contribute to the design of agentic workflows, automation logic, and intelligent decision-making systems.
Test, validate, and document model performance with an emphasis on accuracy and efficiency.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI/ML and propose innovative ideas for application.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure AI solutions align with product requirements and client needs.

Job Specifications:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related fields.
Strong foundation in Python and libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn.
Understanding of machine learning concepts (classification, regression, clustering, etc.).
Familiarity with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Basic knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with strong communication and collaboration skills.

Good to have:

Exposure to LLMs, NLP, or Generative AI projects.
Experience with vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for AI/ML deployment.
Hands-on experience with Git/GitHub and version control.
Participation in hackathons, open-source contributions, or AI research projects.
Knowledge of agentic AI workflows and automation platforms.
Curiosity to explore cutting-edge AI tools and apply them creatively to real-world problems.
