Job Description

Job Title: Databricks Engineer MLOps (A3 Level)

Experience:

Databricks Engineer with strong MLOps experience

Key Responsibilities

Develop, optimize, and maintain
Databricks-based data and ML pipelines
Implement
MLOps workflows
including model versioning, CI/CD, deployment, and monitoring
Work with
MLflow
for experiment tracking and model management
Build scalable ETL/ELT workflows using
Python, Spark, and PySpark
Automate workflows using
Airflow
or similar orchestration tools
Manage model deployments in production using MLOps frameworks and cloud services
Collaborate with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and DevOps teams
Ensure high performance, reliability, and security across ML systems

Mandatory Skills

Databricks (Hands-on)
MLOps (End-to-End Model Deployment and Monitoring)
Python, Spark, PySpark
MLflow
CI/CD pipelines
Airflow or similar orchestration tools

Good-to-Have Skills

Azure/AWS/GCP cloud experience
Docker, Kubernetes
Feature store experience
Model optimization techniques

Qualification

Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
