We are looking for an ML Engineer with expertise in building end-to-end machine learning workflows on Databricks. You will develop, train, and deploy ML models at scale using MLflow and Mosaic AI for enterprise clients.

Technical Skills Required (6-8 of the following):

MLflow: experiment tracking, model registry, and model versioning
Databricks Feature Store for feature engineering and sharing
Model Serving for real-time and batch inference endpoints
AutoML for baseline model generation and feature importance
Distributed training with Spark MLlib, XGBoost, and Horovod
PyTorch and TensorFlow on Databricks clusters (single-node and distributed)
Hyperopt for hyperparameter tuning at scale
Lakehouse Monitoring for model drift and data quality tracking

Experience:

3+ years in ML engineering with at least 1 year deploying models on Databricks
Delivered 2+ production ML models with MLflow tracking and serving
Clear communication skills for client interactions and technical documentation
