Role Summary

We’re looking for an ML engineer to build optimization models that improve structured geometric inputs into multiple high-quality solutions.

The role focuses on ML-assisted ranking and decision systems operating under hard constraints.

What You’ll Do

• Develop ML models for ranking, scoring, and optimization of candidate solutions
• Work with structured geometric and vector-based data under hard constraints and measurable KPIs
• Design ML pipelines that augment heuristic and deterministic systems, rather than replace them
• Improve system performance using preference learning, ranking techniques, and feedback loops
• Ensure outputs are deterministic, explainable, and constraint-compliant

Required Skills

• Strong Python-based ML engineering experience
• Hands-on with ranking/scoring models
• Deep experience in feature engineering on structured data
• Understanding of constraint-driven optimization systems
• Ability to reason rigorously about metrics, trade-offs, and system behavior

Nice to Have

• Experience with spatial or graph-based data
• Background in optimization, simulation, or applied ML systems
• Exposure to backend services (FastAPI) and production ML
