Mixologist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and passionate Mixologist to craft innovative and classic cocktails for our guests. The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of spirits, a flair for presentation, and a genuine passion for providing an exceptional bar experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, mix, and serve customized and signature cocktails with precision and creativity.
• Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend suitable beverages.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area.
• Stay updated with new drink trends, techniques, and ingredients.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and inventory of all bar supplies and ingredients.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and update cocktail menus.
• Handle guest concerns and feedback in a professional manner.
• Follow responsible alcohol service policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in a high-end or specialty bar.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, bitters, and cocktail-making techniques.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Passion for mixology and creativity in drink presentation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
