analysis to support HR and business decision-making. Develop executive-ready
presentations and insights for leadership reviews.
Key Responsibilities
MIS Reporting
• Prepare and maintain periodic HR and project MIS reports (weekly, monthly,
quarterly).
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery.
Dashboarding
• Design and update interactive dashboards for HR metrics, project performance,
and trends.
• Automate reporting processes to reduce manual effort.
Project Trend Analysis
• Track and analyze project progress, resource utilization, and key performance
indicators.
• Highlight variances and provide actionable insights.
Presentation Development
• Create high-quality PowerPoint presentations for leadership reviews and
strategic meetings.
• Summarize complex data into clear, visual, and executive-friendly formats.
Data Governance
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with data privacy regulations.
• Ensure adherence to organizational standards for reporting and analytics.
