Job Description

The MIS Manager will be responsible for managing, analysing, and presenting data-driven insights to support strategic and operational decision-making. The role requires strong expertise in Power BI, advanced Excel, and data automation to deliver accurate, timely, and insightful dashboards and reports for senior management.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI for various departments.
Prepare and manage daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc MIS reports for senior management and stakeholders.
Analyse large datasets to identify trends, variances, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with department heads to understand reporting requirements and translate them into actionable dashboards.
Automate MIS reporting processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and turnaround time.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reports and dashboards.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support management decisions.
Manage MIS documentation, data definitions, and reporting standards.
Support audits, reviews, and management presentations with reliable data.

Educational, Experience & Professional Qualifications:

bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, Statistics, IT, Data Analytics, or a related field.
5-8 years of relevant experience in MIS, Business Intelligence, or Data Analytics.
Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Power BI.
Power BI / Data Analytics certification will be an added advantage.
Experience in Real Estate, Banking or Telecom is preferred.
