Role & responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze requirements for report development.
  • Maintain quality control (QC) for all reports to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Regularly update and maintain reports to reflect the latest data and changes.
  • Keep trackers up to date to ensure smooth workflow and progress monitoring.
  • Collaborate with different departments to gather inputs and improve reporting outcomes.
  • Work efficiently within set deadlines to ensure timely delivery of reports.
  • Provide training to other team members based on individual expertise to enhance team capabilities.
  • Design and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the department to streamline processes.
  • Design reports according to specific needs and requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or discrepancies found in reports.
  • Continuously learn and stay updated on industry trends and advancements to improve reporting practices.
