Job Description

Role Overview:

MIS / Financial Reporting professional

Key Responsibilities:

Finalize
Trial Balance
and ensure accuracy of financial records
Prepare and present
Management Information System (MIS) reports
on a periodic basis
Handle
monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
Prepare and support
Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR)
for management
Provide complete
Statutory Audit support
, including data preparation and clarifications
Prepare and review
Statutory Packages
as per regulatory and organizational requirements
Perform
period-end reporting activities
including month-end and year-end closures
Ensure compliance with
accounting standards, internal controls, and statutory norms
Analyze financial data to identify
trends, variances, and business insights
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for accurate data consolidation
Support management with
financial analysis and decision-making inputs

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of the
purpose and principles of financial reporting
In-depth knowledge of
key financial statements
(P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
Hands-on experience with
ERP systems
(SAP / Oracle / Tally / NetSuite or similar)
Proficiency in
MIS preparation, dashboards, and reporting tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Advanced knowledge of
Excel
and reporting automation
Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
Ability to meet
tight deadlines
and manage multiple priorities
