MIS Expert

Role Overview: As an MIS Expert for a Contract to Hire position, you will be responsible for maintaining MPBDC's integrated MIS platform to enable data-driven decision-making through accurate data collection, analysis, and reporting. Your role will involve coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders to streamline workflows and enhance project transparency. Key Responsibilities: - Manage MPBDC's integrated MIS platform - Enable data-driven decision-making through accurate data collection, analysis, and reporting - Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to streamline workflows - Enhance project transparency Qualifications Required: - BE/B.Tech/BSc in CS/IT or MCA/MBA in IT - Minimum 7 years of IT experience with Govt. dept. - Experience in at least 4 projects in IT advisory for infra (e-Gov, automation, digital transformation) - Experience in at least 2 projects in data analytics/dashboard using Power BI/Tableau Additional Details: The company offers flexi work timing for a work-life balance, career progression opportunities, 5 days working schedule, and a flat organizational culture.
